Who we are

MRLYLEH Inc. is an insurance agency. We are not an insurance company: the insurers listed on the site issue the policies and pay the claims.

We are paid a commission by the insurer when you buy a policy through the site. The commission does not change the price you pay, and it does not decide the order in which plans are shown.

Quotes and plan information

• Prices shown are based on the information you enter and on the insurers' published rates. The final price is the one the insurer shows when you buy. Some prices are shown in another currency or converted for convenience.
• Plan summaries are a general explanation only. The policy wording decides what is covered, the limits and the exclusions. Read it before you buy; links to the insurers' documents are provided where available.
• Whether you are eligible (age, residence, destination, trip length, health and so on) is decided by the insurer under its own rules. We show plans we believe you are eligible for, but the insurer's decision is final.
• We compare a selection of plans from insurers we work with; not every plan on the market is included.

Your responsibilities

• Give complete and accurate information, including names exactly as in the passport and truthful answers to health and eligibility questions. Wrong or missing information can lead an insurer to refuse a claim or cancel a policy.
• Use the site only for yourself, or for travelers who have authorized you, and only lawfully.
• Do not interfere with the site, copy its content or prices in bulk, or use it to collect data automatically.

Buying a policy

When you choose a plan, you complete the purchase with the insurer, either on the insurer's own website or by sending your details to it through us. The policy is a contract between you and the insurer, and the insurer's terms, cancellation rules and refund policy apply. Payment is made to the insurer.

Not personal advice

The site helps you compare plans; it is not personal financial, legal or medical advice. If you are unsure which plan suits you, contact us before you buy.

Claims and emergencies

Claims and emergency assistance are handled by the insurer. Its contact details are in your policy documents. We are happy to help you find the right contact, but we cannot approve or pay claims.

Limitation of liability

We work hard to keep the information on the site correct and current, but it is provided "as is" and may contain errors or be temporarily unavailable. To the extent the law allows, MRLYLEH Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, or for an insurer's decisions or failure to pay. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

Intellectual property

The site's design, text and software belong to MRLYLEH Inc. or its licensors. Insurer names and logos belong to their owners.

Links to other websites

The site links to insurers' and other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.

Changes

We may change these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
